Battery-buffered, ultra-fast EV charging technology firm ADS-TEC Energy has announced the signing of a definitive agreement for a private investment by Svelland Capital, a distinguished and highly-ranked investment company in the energy sector.
The successful completion of this private investment will strengthen ADS-TEC Energy's financial position and provide the company with increased flexibility to execute strategic initiatives and secure profitable opportunities, according to its latest media statement.
ADS-TEC Energy develops and manufactures battery storage solutions and fast charging systems including their energy management systems. Its battery-based, fast charging technology enables electric vehicles to ultrafast charge even on low powered grids and features a very compact design.
"Svelland Capital has extensive experience, and we are proud that another expert investor is showing interest through a direct investment in ADS-TEC Energy," said Thomas Speidel, CEO, ADS-TEC Energy, who was also shortlisted in ETN Rising Stars of Emerging Tech 2023 list as a promising personality in the emerging field of clean energy technology at the global level.
