Switch Mobility, TVS Supply Chain partners for green logistics network

Switch Mobility, a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland has announced that it has partnered with TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) for instituting a sustainable logistics network.

Under the agreement, TVS SCS will position 1000 eLCVs provided by Switch, the UK-based manufacturer of electric buses and light commercial vehicles, through its associates for logistics operations, Switch said in a statement.

Dheeraj Hinduja, Chairman of Switch Mobility, said, "TVS SCS is always forward-looking in its initiatives and discerning in the choice of products and solutions. We are happy that they have given an opportunity to Switch Mobility to provide their need for emission-free transport solutions that are efficient, cost-effective, and reliable. Switch will play a big role in the faster adoption of sustainable mobility both in India and overseas.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions has over two decades of experience in providing supply chain solutions globally through its fully integrated service offerings.

At present fulfilling orders for operators in the UK, Switch is eyeing its expansion in Europe and driving growth in India and globally.
