The debut edition of Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 has just opened its floors for visitors at the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The automotive and technology show will be held for three day starting today, with the active participation of prominent OEMs, component suppliers, technology partners, and policy stakeholders from India and global markets.

Making a big display of 'future ready' mobility products and solutions at the expo, India's leading OEM Tata Motors claims to exhibit its 'made in India' spirit and fundamental strength in engineering, human centric design and new age innovation. 

The brand is showing a wide range of electric and hydrogen vehicles, including passenger cars and commercial trucks and buses, apart from low-emission ICE solutions. The spotlight is on the all-new Punch.ev, Tata's first pure EV built on 'acti.ev' electric architecture, which is having its public global debut. 

Commenting on the expo, Shailesh Chandra, MD, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, said, "Furthering our established legacy as India's leading home-grown pioneer of safe, smart and green mobility, we are delighted to showcase our most recent and forthcoming launches at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo".

"Our emphasis is on offering zero emission powertrains, cutting-edge technologies, advanced design engineering, smart features and best-in-class safety in our cars and SUVs. We continue to explore every new opportunity to create augmented experiences for customers, in line with their aspirations, needs and lifestyle", he added.

The company is also debuting its flagship battery-electric coach 'Magna EV' meant for long-distance, inter-city bus transportation at the expo. Other Tata EVs on display are Tata Curvv EV concept, Harrier.ev concept, Prima E.28 K electric truck, Ultra E.9 electric intermediate truck, Ace EV mini truck, Starbus EV electric city bus.

On the hydrogen front, Tata Motors is displaying 'Prima H.55S', which is claimed as industry-first hydrogen ICE truck that debuted at Auto Expo 2023, Greater Noida last year. The H2 truck enjoys the company of 'Starbus Fuel Cell EV', India's first hydrogen fuel-cell bus.
